
Role Overview:
As the Chief Human Resources Officer for this leading global technology MNC, you will serve as the primary architect of the organization's people strategy, directly influencing the growth trajectory of a high-scale tech enterprise. You will operate as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, translating complex business objectives into high-impact human capital initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve steering global HR operations, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top-tier engineering and management talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive global HR roadmap that aligns with the long-term business goals of the organization to ensure sustainable scalability.
- Lead large-scale organizational development initiatives to build a high-performance culture that thrives on agility, technical excellence, and inclusivity.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to drive succession planning and leadership development, ensuring a robust pipeline of future-ready leaders.
- Oversee the end-to-end talent management lifecycle, from global acquisition strategies to advanced retention programs, to maintain a competitive edge in the tech market.
- Implement data-driven HR analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making regarding workforce planning and employee engagement.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs that resonate across diverse global geographies, fostering a sense of belonging and driving innovation through varied perspectives.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex HR functions within large-scale, matrixed technology organizations, balancing global standards with local market nuances.
- Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence board-level stakeholders through clear, data-backed communication and strategic foresight.
- Proven expertise in navigating organizational change, including mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale digital transformations, while maintaining employee morale and productivity.
- Strong proficiency in modern HR technologies and digital transformation tools that streamline operations and enhance the overall employee experience.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or an MBA from a premier business school, providing a strong foundation in organizational behavior and business management.
- High adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to manage distributed teams across Pune, Kolkata, and Mumbai, ensuring consistent culture and operational excellence.
