Responsibilities: - Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations. - Market Intelligence and hiring - Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member - Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions - Assisting the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practice within the company - Assisting in policy execution and ensuring the employees adhere to the policies. - Learning and leadership development - Developing, implementing and overseeing all HR initiatives, processes and activities - Partnering with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy - Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR functions such as performance management, compensation, benefits, training, etc. - Identifying staffing and recruiting needs together with the recruitment team: developing best practices for hiring and talent management. - Creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees - Providing support and guidance to staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions arise - Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources - Developing and implementing HR budget - Setting up analytics tools and keeping track of HR metrics - Monitoring compliance to internal policies and legal standards - Building the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners - Acting as an advocate of the companys values and culture to create a best in class work environment. Training & Development: - Complete lifecycle management of Soft skill, Technical, Compliance Trainings and Leadership Development programs. - Ensuring execution of Global Training Initiatives. - Employee Grievance and Disciplinary action - Ensuring Talent Availability for the BUs - Driving Talent Management, Engagement and Development Initiatives in the BUs - Employees Connects, Skip level and Leadership Connects.
