Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Location: Metro City

Reports To: CEO / Managing Director

Position Overview

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for leading the overall Human Resources strategy and function across the organization.

The CHRO will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to align people strategy with business objectives, enabling organizational growth, leadership development, and cultural transformation.

This role requires a strategic HR leader with deep expertise in Corporate HR and Business HR, particularly supporting large Sales organization, organizational development, workforce planning, and HR transformation, along with a proven ability to drive high-performance culture and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead the Corporate HR function across Pan India operations.

- Partner with CEO and business heads to drive people strategy aligned with business growth.

- Build a future-ready HR organization supporting rapid expansion.

- Support large distributed sales workforce across multiple cities.

- Lead leadership hiring and large-scale recruitment for sales, project execution, engineering, and corporate roles.

- Design workforce planning strategy aligned with project pipeline and expansion.

- Build high-potential leadership pipeline across the organization.

- Implement succession planning frameworks for senior leadership roles.

- Drive performance management frameworks across business units.

- Strengthen organizational culture, engagement, and leadership capability.

- Conduct talent reviews and leadership assessments.

- Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Oversee HR operations and governance ensuring efficiency, compliance, and best practices.

- Lead the adoption of HR technology and digital HR systems to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in HR from a Premier / Tier-1 B-School or reputed management instituts.

- 20+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven experience in driving HR strategy aligned with business growth and organizational transformation.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR governance, and compliance frameworks.

- Experience working in sectors such as Real Estate, Cement , Infrastructure, FMCG, Food, Steel, BFSI, or Pharma preferred.
