What you will do:

- Shape the Culture: Build a high-performance, empathetic work environment that keeps our mission at the center of everything we do.

- Drive Transformation: Partner directly with business leaders to steer organizational design, manage change gracefully, and scale our impact.

- Ensure Operational Excellence (Payroll & Compliance): Oversee the end-to-end payroll function to ensure absolute accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely payouts for our diverse medical and non-medical workforce.

- Grow Future Leaders: Oversee leadership development and design robust succession planning to ensure our long-term stability.

- Modernize HR: Lean into modern HR technology and people analytics to streamline payroll, attendance tracking, and data-backed decision-making.

- Enhance Engagement: Listen to our teams on the ground and implement initiatives that make our hospital the best place to work in healthcare.

Who you are:

You are a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves. You know how to build trust with diverse stakeholdersfrom frontline medical staff to board membersand you value operational accuracy just as much as cultural alignment.

The Essentials:

- Deep Healthcare Roots: You have 17 to 25 years of progressive HR experience, and a solid foundation in the healthcare industry is mandatory. You understand the compliance, shifting schedules, and high-stakes nature of hospital operations.

- Proven Leadership: Youve spent at least 10 years in senior HR leadership roles, successfully guiding large teams and managing complex HR systems (including payroll and benefits administration).

- Mission-Aligned: You have a strong background in culture-building and organizational development. Bonus points if you have thrived in founder-led or deeply mission-driven ecosystems.
