Chief Human Resources Officer - Manufacturing/FMCG/Agri

Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced HR leader to partner with the CEO and drive end-to-end HR strategy, systems, and execution across a fast-growing, multi-business organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals

- Lead HR policies, compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws), and governance

- Design compensation structures, payroll, and benefits

- Drive KPI/KRA-based performance management systems

- Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning

- Lead organisational development, training, and engagement initiatives

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle

Requirements:

- 15+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles

- Strong expertise in HR policies, compensation, and compliance

- Experience in high-growth/startup environments preferred

- Exposure to manufacturing/FMCG/agriculture is a plus
