Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and drive all HR initiatives within our manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing HR functions, fostering organizational culture, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals and manufacturing operations.

- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development programs to build a high-performance workforce.

- Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure operational efficiency.

- Drive employee engagement, industrial relations, and change management initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.

- Develop and manage HR budgets, policies, and procedures.

- Lead initiatives for leadership development, training, and capacity building.

- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

- Monitor HR analytics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with senior management to support operational excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- 17 - 25 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a significant tenure in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

- Proven track record of strategic HR leadership in large, complex organizations.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, safety standards, and industry best practices.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive change.

- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
