Chief Human Resources Officer - Manufacturing

Position : Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Location : Corporate Office in Navi Mumbai with frequent travel to shipyards, repair docks, fabrication facilities, project sites, and operational locations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Human Resources Leadership : Develop and implement the Company's Human Resources strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Industrial Relations and Employee Relations : Lead and manage all Industrial Relations activities, collective bargaining, and union negotiations.

- Workforce Planning and Productivity Management : Develop manpower strategies and drive labor cost optimization.

- Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development : Lead talent acquisition strategies for technical and executive positions.

- Learning, Development and Leadership Capability : Design competency-based learning frameworks and leadership development programs.

- Performance Management and Rewards : Lead the design and implementation of performance management systems.

- Compensation, Benefits and Employee Welfare : Oversee compensation strategies and employee welfare initiatives.

- HR Operations, Governance and Compliance : Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

- Health, Safety and Organizational Culture : Partner with HSE teams to strengthen workplace safety culture.

- HR Technology and Analytics : Drive HR digitization and workforce analytics.
