
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with a strong background in the manufacturing sector.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience leading HR functions and a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with and support business growth.
This role requires an expert in industrial relations and a leader who can proactively manage and drive large-scale HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that are directly aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Organizational Design & Change Management: Lead and execute organizational design and change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new structures and processes.
- Employee & Industrial Relations: Proactively address all employee and industrial relations (ER/IR) matters, using your expertise to maintain a positive and stable work environment.
- HR Transformation: Lead and manage HR transformation projects to modernize and improve HR processes, technology, and service delivery.
Skills:
- Strategic HR: Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Industrial Relations: Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in managing IR matters.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and managing large teams.
- Change Management: Strong capabilities in organizational design and change management.
- Project Management: Experience in leading and driving HR transformation projects.
Experience & Education:
Experience: A minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
Education: An MBA in Human Resources is a mandatory qualification
