Job Description:


The CHRO will be responsible for leading the organization's human capital strategy, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive organizational culture, talent development, and HR innovation across global operations.

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

- Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Board to align people strategy with business objectives.

- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and future- ready talent strategies.

- Drive HR's role in digital transformation, sustainability, and global expansion.

2. Talent & Leadership Development:

- Architect succession planning for critical leadership roles.

- Build leadership pipelines through executive coaching, mentoring, and global mobility programs.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a business imperative.

3. Culture & Employee Experience:

- Define and embed organizational values and culture across geographies.

- Enhance employee engagement through data- driven insights and innovative programs.

- Position the company as an employer of choice in competitive markets.

4. Compensation, Rewards & Governance:

- Design competitive compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with shareholder expectations.

- Oversee executive compensation, ESOPs, and long- term incentive plans.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, corporate governance, and ethical standards globally.

5. HR Technology & Analytics:

- Implement advanced HR technology platforms (AI, predictive analytics, cloud HRIS).

- Leverage people analytics to drive decisions on productivity, attrition, and workforce trends.

- Introduce automation and digital tools to enhance HR efficiency.

6. Change & Transformation:

- Lead organizational change initiatives including M&A integrations, restructuring, and global expansions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board during periods of disruption.

- Build resilience and agility into the workforce strategy.
