We are now seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR transformation journey and strengthen our organizational foundation as we continue to scale across markets.

This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape HR strategy, drive culture, and influence business success across manufacturing and sales operations nationwide.

Position: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

As the CHRO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organizations long-term goals.

You will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring that talent, culture, and capability become the core differentiators of our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the HR vision and strategy to align with organizational and business objectives.

- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition across corporate, plant, and sales functions.

- Drive leadership development, performance management, and succession planning to build future-ready capabilities.

- Champion employee engagement and organizational culture, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Oversee HR operations, compensation, and benefits ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.

- Ensure legal and statutory compliance with all labor and employment regulations across multiple locations.

- Partner with business leaders to strengthen employee relations, retention, and capability-building initiatives.

- Lead digital HR transformation, leveraging HR analytics and systems for data-driven decision-making.

- Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 18 to 25 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

- Proven track record of leading large, diverse teams across multi-plant or multi-geography operations.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations, compensation structures, and HR compliance frameworks.

- Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, change management, and culture transformation.

- Exposure to automation and HR digitization initiatives (HRMS, ERP, analytics tools) preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- MBA or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed institute.

- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
