CTC : INR 1.00 - 1.75 Crores + Equity
Work Status: Full Time work from office (No Hybrid Option)

About the Role:
Below role brief outlines the responsibilities and qualifications for CHRO, a Senior Executive leading the HR function within an organization, being part of the Leadership Team. This role is crucial for shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and HR functional health ensuring Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Engagement, Employee Relations, HR Operations & Compliances, Manufacturing HR, HRMS & HRIS, POSH, DEI, GPTW and new development and Brand Positioning & Communication and valuing human assets
Job Objective & Key Interactions:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Developing and executing HR strategies that support the organization's business objectives.
- Talent Management: Leading efforts in recruitment, retention, succession planning, and talent development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring legal compliance.
- Organizational Development: Supporting overall changes, improving employee engagement and enhancing effectiveness.
- Performance Management System (PMS): Establishing and managing to evaluate and improve employee performance.
- HR Systems and Analytics: Overseeing the selection, implementation and utilization of HR technology and data analytics to support HR function. Responsible for setting up the digitization of the function
- Budgeting and Planning: Strong analytical acumen to do business planning for yearly and with long term vision and applying futuristic approach
- HR Operations and Compliances - Responsible for all the Statutory government & labour Compliances and any other mandatory Laws to be managed
- Brand and Communication: Responsible for creating brand visibility and communication from organization and employee perspective - irrespective of the Campus / Social-Media / HR Forums and associations, Bill boards / Marketing campaigns etc
- Talent Acquisition: Creating strong pipeline / understanding of the industry dynamics, Campus hiring, Market Research, Managing the industry benchmarks and meeting the standards to attract best talent
- Employee Referral Programs
- Custodian of DEI, POSH, ICC and other HR employee / employer committees
- Understand the dynamics of Manufacturing set-ups and employee health well-being
Skills / Knowledge / Certifications
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, laws and regulations is required
- Professional global certifications in HR from well-regarded Institutes of repute
Education & Experience
- PG Diploma / MBA or equivalent Degree in HR/ Business Administration/ Psychology related field from well-regarded Institutes / Universities
- Significant experience in HR leadership roles, including experience in strategic HR planning, talent management and employee relations
- Should have experience of working with Founder driven organization / Global Organizations as an HR Leader (At 1 or 2 Level in HR)
- Have experience of working with Startups / fast paced growing organizations
- Have experience of scaling and setting up HR across regional and multiple International Geographies as this role requires this person to do that and also worked / handled multi-nationalities team members in different geographies / countries
- Experience of working in B2C2D industries having manufacturing background would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, having prior experience of working would be an advantage
- Understanding wrt the Industrial Relations / Compliances / ID acts etc and if done set-up of HR function from scratch is an advantage
- M/Q/HY/Y - submission of data to the relevant authorities and what all details are mandatory from statutory compliances perspective - if handled or good knowledge of the same is expected
Non-Negotiable (Mandatory skill sets / experience etc) Candidate should have been clearly doing the CHRO or Head HR role from last few years and preferably within the Consumer based product organizations of repute.
