What You'll Do:

- Drive HR strategy aligned with business growth and fintech innovation

- Lead leadership development, succession planning, and talent strategy

- Champion a culture of performance, inclusion, and agility

- Oversee compensation, rewards, and employee experience

- Partner with leadership on org design, change management, and workforce planning

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and financial regulations

- Use people analytics to drive smarter decisions

What We're Looking For:

- 10-15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or high-growth tech

- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environments

- Proven track record in scaling organizations and leading transformation

- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills

- MBA or equivalent preferred
