Role Overview We're seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our executive leadership team. This role is critical in building a future-ready workforce, driving talent transformation, and leading all aspects of human capital strategy in line with our business growth goals. Key Responsibilities - Drive the overall HR strategy including talent acquisition, employee experience, L&D, DEI, and performance management. - Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organizational structure, leadership development, and workforce planning. - Implement HR best practices suited to a high-growth shared services environment with a focus on compliance, automation, and scalability. - Foster a people-first culture while managing change and transformation. - Ensure HR operations, systems, and compliance meet evolving business needs. What We're Looking For - 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role - Experience in financial shared services, BPO/KPO, or similar domains preferred - Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and labor laws - Proven track record of scaling HR in high-growth environments - Strategic thinker with operational execution capabilities - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cultural sensitivity Preferred Qualifications: - Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field - SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certifications a plus
