- Industry : Strictly BFSI / Financial Services / Fintech

What We Are Looking For :

- Proven CHRO / HR Leader with strong business partnering exposure

- Must have handled large frontline sales & marketing populations

- Deep understanding of distribution-driven orgs (branch / field heavy setups)

- Strong exposure to performance management, productivity, org design, and talent strategy

- Ability to work closely with leadership in a growth-focused environment

Non-Negotiables (Read Before Applying) :

- Industry : ONLY BFSI / Financial Services / Fintech

- Education : Full-time MBA in HR from Tier 1 / strong Tier 2 institutions only

- Experience Band : 15-22 years strictly (no deviations)

- Language : Tamil is mandatory

- Location : Chennai-based OR serious relocation only

- Stability : Strong career tenure (no frequent job changes)
