This Eye Hospital is doing sight restoring surgeries f which 80% are free to poor, and stands as the largest eye hospital in Eastern India. It presently operates in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.

Position Objective:
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will lead Hospital's human resources strategy, focusing on building a team of motivated and committed employees and a robust leadership pipeline. The CHRO will be responsible for preserving the hospital's culture and values while driving growth, and ensuring that most of the talent is developed internally. The CHRO will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with the organization's Vision 2030 goals.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management/ Organizational Development, or equivalent professional qualification.

- Proven track record in building leadership pipelines and internal talent development.

Age: 40+ Years
Experience: 15-20 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:

2. Performance assessment and Leadership Development: Develop and implement an effective performance appraisal system.
3. Talent Acquisition and Management: Manage workforce planning to meet the hospital's growing needs and support Vision 2030 objectives.
4. Learning and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements of their team and design programs to address skill gaps.
5. Employee Engagement and Well-Being: Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and introduce organization development interventions.
6. Organizational Design and Change Management: Align organization structure with company long term strategy to support growth and efficiency.
7. HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee all HR systems and processes, including payroll, performance management, and policy implementation.
