Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment - Build employer brand, craft a strong value proposition, and run efficient sourcing, selection, and pipeline management to secure top talent.
- Industrial Relations - Establish IR policies, ensure compliance, lead union negotiations, and manage grievances with government and labor bodies.
- Org Development & Change management - Own org design and grading, align HR structures with business goals, and drive change readiness through communication, training, and governance of transformation initiatives.
- Workforce Planning & Budgeting - Forecast workforce needs, plan optimal staffing, and manage HR budgets in coordination with Finance and Compensation.
- Performance, Career & Succession - Implement PMS frameworks, align KPIs, track performance cycles, and design career growth or corrective action plans while building succession pipelines and preparing future leaders.
- Learning & Development - Define competency needs, conduct gap analyses, and design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for skill enhancement.
- Culture & Engagement - Promote core values, run engagement programs and surveys, and strengthen employee loyalty through recognition and retention initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits - Benchmark pay, design competitive schemes, align compensation with performance and seniority, and monitor program success via KPIs.
- HR Technology - Deploy HRIS platforms and AI-driven tools to digitize HR processes, automate workflows, and deliver predictive analytics for workforce planning, performance, and engagement insights.
