Job Description: CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer)
Location: Manesar (HQ)
Reporting To: CFO
Compensation:
- 40-50 LPA (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- ESOP (under development)
Industry Preference: Auto Components / Manufacturing
Role Overview:
The CHRO will play a critical role in driving the organizations transformation from a promoter-led setup to a professionally managed, IPO-ready company.
This role requires a hands-on HR leader with strong exposure to manufacturing environments and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire HR lifecycle - Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, L&D, Employee Engagement, and Compliance
- Drive organizational restructuring and capability building to support aggressive growth plans
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with IPO readiness and corporate governance standards
- Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention frameworks, especially at plant level
- Oversee multi-location HR operations across 6 plants
- Partner with leadership to build a high-performance and scalable organization structure
- Ensure compliance with new labor laws and statutory requirements
- Act as a change agent in transitioning from legacy practices to modern HR systems
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing HR (factory-oriented role mandatory)
- Strong exposure to plant HR, IR (Industrial Relations), and workforce management
- Experience in organizational transformation / scaling businesses
- Ability to work closely with promoters and leadership teams
- Proven track record in employee engagement and HR strategy execution
Preferred Profile:
- Background in Auto Components industry (preferred)
- Hands-on, execution-focused HR leader (not purely corporate HR)
