- Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning across corporate and site roles.

- Build scalable hiring and talent management processes.

3. Culture & Employee Experience:

- Build culture, engagement, accountability and retention initiatives.

- Advise leadership on employee and organisation effectiveness.

4. Policies, Performance & Rewards:

- Establish HR policies, governance, performance and rewards frameworks.

- Develop HR systems, MIS and people analytics.

5. Employee Relations:

- Manage blue- and white-collar employee relations and workforce compliance.

- Build frameworks to support a growing workforce.
