Stakeholder Management: - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on human capital matters. - Represent the organization in industry forums, HR associations, and external networks. Qualifications & Experience: - Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. - 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive HR role. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development. - Proven track record in building high-performing teams and scaling HR systems.
