Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Build and execute HR strategies aligned with the CEO's vision and business goals.
- Create a unified HR framework across all units of the organisation.
- Drive culture-building, discipline, and performance-focused practices.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with leadership teams across business units.
- Ensure timely coordination between HR, Operations, Finance, and Business Heads.
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO on people strategy and organisation planning.
3. HR Policies, Systems & Compliance:
- Create, update, and implement HR policies across the organisation.
- Ensure smooth policy execution with focus on structure, clarity, and efficiency.
- Handle statutory compliance, labour laws, PF, ESIC, and audit readiness.
- Implement systems for attendance, leave, discipline, and workplace conduct.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Salary Structuring:
- Design and update salary structures for all levels and departments.
- Build competitive compensation frameworks, incentives, and performance rewards.
- Oversee payroll and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
5. Performance Management:
- Build a KRA/KPI-driven performance management system.
- Partner with HODs to define measurable KPIs for each role.
- Manage annual/quarterly reviews, feedback cycles, and growth plans.
6. Organisational Development:
- Lead capability building, training, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Support organisational restructuring and expansion initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
7. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and manage hiring plans for plant operations, corporate roles, field teams, and e-commerce.
- Build scalable hiring processes suited for high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and employer branding.
8. HR Operations:
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ensure smooth HR processes across locations and business units.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments is a strong plus.
- Preferred exposure to manufacturing/agriculture/FMCG
- Strong understanding of HR policy creation, compensation structuring, and labour laws.
- Demonstrated ability to set up HR systems and scale organisations.
