The Company is a leading player in the circular economy and sustainability space, engaged in the recycling of lead, aluminium, plastics, lithium-ion batteries, and waste tyres through environmentally responsible processes. The Company also provides turnkey recycling solutions globally and operates multiple manufacturing facilities across India and international locations employing over 3000 employees in India and overseas (70 locations).

Position Summary:

The CHRO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the people strategy aligned with the Company's growth aspirations. The incumbent will lead all aspects of Human Resources across domestic and international operations, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, organizational capability building, culture transformation, and performance management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.

- 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.

- Experience in manufacturing, metals, mining, chemicals, energy, industrial, recycling, or process industries.

- Proven experience managing multi-location and international operations.

Reporting Relationship:

Reports To: Managing Director / Group CEO / Promoter

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Travel: Extensive travel across India and international operations as required.
