Chief Human Resource Officer - Manufacturing Firm

Position: CHRO

Location: Jaipur

Reporting To: Promoter & Executive Leadership

Scope: India + Overseas operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR strategy, global HR operations and compliance

- Build HR systems, processes, PMS and capability frameworks

- Leadership hiring for CXO/Plant Heads/Country Heads

- Organization design, succession planning, culture building

- Drive productivity, performance and people development

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in promoter-led organizations

- Strong global HR exposure

- Proven track record in leadership & critical hiring

- Hands-on execution capability and process orientation.

- 18-25 years HR experience with 5+ years at CHRO level
