Hiring for one of the leading Indian Multinational Conglamerate for CHRO role. The CHRO will lead the Human Resources function to support the organizations business goals through strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and a strong people agenda. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in building high-performance cultures, leading transformation, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy & Leadership: - Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business goals. - Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO/MD and leadership team on human capital issues. - Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives. 2. Talent Management & OD: - Build leadership development programs and succession planning. - Implement learning & development strategies to enhance capability and performance. - Champion organization design and restructuring initiatives. 4. Performance Management & Culture: - Drive a performance-oriented culture through robust PMS frameworks. - Lead engagement, culture-building, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), and employee experience initiatives. 5. Industrial Relations & Compliance (for manufacturing setups) - Manage employee and industrial relations including trade union negotiations, wage settlements, and compliance. - Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory requirements. 6. Compensation & Benefits - Design and oversee competitive compensation, rewards, and recognition frameworks. - Align total rewards strategy with market trends and internal equity. 7. HR Digitization & Analytics - Lead HR tech implementations (HRIS, LMS, ATS). - Build a strong HR analytics capability for data-driven decision-making. Desired Candidate Profile: - Postgraduate in HR / IR / MBA (HR) from a reputed institute. - 2030 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a CHRO or equivalent leadership role. - Strong experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering, or diversified business groups. - Proven track record in driving HR transformation and managing large, multi-site teams. - Excellent stakeholder management, influencing ability, and business acumen.
