Chief Human Resource Officer - HR Strategy & Talent Management

Role Overview:

As the CHRO / Head HR / TA Lead, you will serve as the primary architect of the organization's human capital strategy, reporting directly to the leadership team. This role involves orchestrating the entire employee lifecycle, from high-level talent acquisition strategies to the implementation of complex performance management frameworks. You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that the organization remains agile, compliant, and culturally cohesive. Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the long-term business goals of the organization to drive sustainable growth.

- Lead large-scale talent acquisition initiatives, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to secure top-tier leadership and technical talent.

- Design and implement robust performance appraisal systems that provide clear metrics for career progression and organizational accountability.

- Oversee the development and enforcement of HR policies to ensure full legal compliance while maintaining a progressive and inclusive workplace culture.

- Drive employee engagement programs that improve retention rates and foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment.

- Manage succession planning processes to identify and groom internal talent for critical leadership roles, ensuring business continuity.

- Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic insights on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.

- Direct the end-to-end corporate HR function, managing budgets, HR technology integrations, and cross-functional team performance.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in crafting and deploying HR strategies that support organizational scaling and complex business transformations.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale recruitment functions, with a deep understanding of market mapping and executive search methodologies.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and manage diverse teams across multiple locations in the NCR region.

- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret HR data and translate it into actionable business intelligence for performance and succession planning.

- Extensive experience in policy formulation and regulatory compliance, ensuring the organization adheres to the highest standards of corporate governance.

- A post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- High degree of adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the capacity to manage on-site operations and remote teams with equal efficacy.

- Minimum of 15 to 24 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles within large, complex organizations.
