We are hiring a CHRO/HR Head for a FinTech client of ours. The ideal leader will architect and drive a people strategy that aligns with the company's rapid growth ambitions, reinforces a strong employee experience, and institutionalizes a culture of excellence, inclusion, and empowerment. This role requires 15+ years of HR leadership experience with a proven track record of transforming HR organizations, scaling talent, and partnering with executive leadership to drive business results. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: - Define and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business goals and long-term vision. - Act as a trusted strategic partner to the executive leadership team on organisational design, workforce planning and business transformation initiatives. Talent Management & Acquisition: - Develop and lead innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across functions and regions. - Build robust succession planning, talent pipeline and leadership development frameworks. Employee Experience & Culture: - Champion a people-first culture that enhances engagement, inclusion, diversity and retention. - Partner with leaders to enhance employee experience throughout the lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. - Drive programmes that support wellbeing, career growth, recognition and performance excellence. Performance & Rewards: - Oversee performance management frameworks and ensure alignment with organizational goals and growth objectives. - Design competitive compensation and benefits strategies that support retention and motivate performance. HR Operations & Compliance: - Ensure HR processes, policies and systems (HRMS, ATS, L&D platforms) are scalable, digitally enabled and compliant with Indian labour laws. - Lead analytics and people insights to drive evidence-based decision-making on talent trends and workforce planning. Leadership & Employer Brand: - Build a strong employer brand in competitive talent markets, positioning the company as a desirable place to work in fintech and tech innovation. - Coach and develop HR leaders and department heads to build high-performance teams. Qualifications & Skills: - Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field - 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in fintech/technology or high-growth sectors. - Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication and executive-level collaboration skills. - Experience with HR technology platforms and data-driven HR practices. - Strong understanding of Indian labour law and compliance landscape
