
Description: Our client is a large, well-established manufacturing group with a significant presence in North India. They operate across diverse consumer products, With multiple manufacturing facilities and a large workforce, they are a key player in the Indian manufacturing landscape.
Role Overview:
The CHRO - Corporate Role will lead and manage the entire human resources function for the group, driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives. This role involves collaborating closely with the leadership team, business unit heads, and HR teams across various locations. The CHRO will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring talent acquisition and development, and driving employee engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to support organizational growth and effectiveness.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of skilled professionals.
- Oversee performance management processes to drive employee performance and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment, improving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage employee relations to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks and maintain ethical standards.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and effectiveness, supporting business growth and innovation.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to build a high-performing and collaborative HR function, ensuring effective service delivery to the organization.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
- A post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience: 18 - 25 years
- Job Location: Chandigarh, Mohali, Punjab
