CHRO (Consumer Durables)


Developing HR strategy aligned with business goals, managing the entire talent acquisition lifecycle for a competitive market, creating and implementing HR policies, and overseeing compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. This senior role requires an MBA or PGDM in HR with significant experience, preferably in consumer durables or a related sector, and strong leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:


- Align HR strategy with overall business objectives, conduct workforce and succession planning, and use data analytics to guide decisions.


Talent Acquisition:


- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the consumer durables market, manage the full recruitment cycle, and build strong talent pipelines and employer branding.


HR Operations and Compliance:


- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures, manage HR information systems (HRIS), and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


Employee Engagement and Development:


- Design and implement training programs, foster a positive company culture, manage employee relations, and address grievances.


Compensation and Benefits:


- Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals.


Performance Management:


- Implement a robust performance management framework and drive career growth opportunities for employees.


Qualification And Experience:


1. MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution with 12-20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a significant portion in the consumer durables electronics or FMCG sectors only preferrable.


2. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.


3. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


4. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage an HR team.


5. Experience with data-driven decision-making in HR.


6. Demonstrated success in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution.


7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
