
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to lead the organization's human resources function and drive people strategies aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
The CHRO will partner closely with the leadership team to build a high-performance culture, strengthen organizational capabilities, and develop scalable HR practices that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with the organization's business goals and long-term objectives.
- Lead all major HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, learning & development, performance management, and organizational development.
- Partner with the executive leadership team on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and people strategy.
- Build and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent across functions.
- Develop robust talent management and succession planning frameworks to strengthen the organization's leadership pipeline.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives across the organization.
- Establish and continuously improve performance management systems and processes.
- Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and leadership effectiveness.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that support organizational growth and employee experience.
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives during periods of transformation or business growth.
- Monitor HR metrics and leverage people analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR leadership team and build a high-performing HR function.
- Strengthen the organization's employer brand and employee value proposition.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in senior HR leadership roles.
- Proven expertise across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development.
- Strong experience developing and implementing organization-wide HR strategies.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with CXOs and senior leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams across multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, employment practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with organizational objectives.
- Experience in driving HR transformation and change management initiatives.
