The Opportunity :
- An opportunity to take on a high-impact leadership role driving global growth in the telecom infrastructure and energy solutions space. The mandate is to build and scale international business across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, while creating a structured and sustainable growth engine.
- This role goes beyond traditional sales-focusing on market creation, strategic partnerships, and long-term value building at a global level.
Role Mandate :
- Lead international expansion across key high-growth markets (SEA, Middle East, Africa)
- Own end-to-end growth strategy and P&L for telecom business
- Build and deepen CXO-level relationships with telecom operators and tower companies
- Drive large, strategic deal closures and long-term partnerships
- Establish scalable systems, processes, and governance for growth
- Build and lead international teams from the ground up
- Transition the business from relationship-led to institution-driven growth
Ideal Profile :
- 15-25 years of experience in telecom infrastructure / power / energy solutions
- Strong industry network with telecom operators and tower companies
- Demonstrated success in driving large deals and scaling revenues
- Proven P&L ownership and business leadership experience
- Hands-on experience in international market entry and expansion
- Prior exposure to leading telecom ecosystems (Airtel / similar environments preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build teams
