Role Overview
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will own overall business growth and market expansion, with a strong focus on scaling the distributor and partner ecosystem across India.
This role requires deep expertise in channel-led growth, distributor network scale-up, SME software ecosystems, and high-volume market expansion. The mandate is to strengthen partner-driven growth, expand market coverage, improve execution rigor, and drive predictable revenue growth across regions.
The CGO will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale the business nationally through strong channel execution and partner-led expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
- Own overall business growth across new sales, renewals, and cross-sell
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Improve penetration across SME markets
Channel & Distributor Network
- Build and scale distributor, reseller, and partner networks across India
- Drive partner onboarding, activation, and productivity
- Expand coverage across Tier 1/2/3 markets
- Build strong partner-led growth engines
Sales Execution
- Drive strong on-ground execution across regions
- Monitor lead flow, conversions, collections, and renewals
- Improve sales productivity and execution discipline
- Run regular reviews with regional teams and channel partners
Market Expansion
- Identify new markets, regions, and customer segments
- Increase reach across retail, distribution, and SME ecosystems
- Build region-specific expansion plans
Customer Retention
- Improve renewals and customer retention
- Drive upsell and cross-sell through partner networks
- Strengthen post-sales engagement across the installed base
Team Leadership
- Build and lead regional growth and channel teams
- Drive a performance-oriented and execution-focused culture
- Coach teams on channel management and growth execution

Must-Have Experience
- 15+ years in channel-led growth, distribution, or partner-driven business environments
- Strong experience managing distributor and reseller ecosystems at scale
- Deep exposure to SME software / ERP ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling regional or national partner networks
- Experience owning large multi-region business targets
- Strong understanding of SME markets in India
