Executive Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to architect and execute our next phase of domestic and global scaling. This is a top-tier leadership role intended for one who has demonstrated results in "Concept Selling" who can translate complex environmental science- specifically Geopathic Stress and EMR mitigation-into a compelling, ROI-driven business case for C-suite executives and global boards.

The CGO will have full ownership of the revenue lifecycle, balancing the pursuit of major new enterprise accounts with the strategic scaling of existing prestige relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Market Penetration

- Strategic Market Development: Personally lead the pursuit of high-value accounts, focusing on Fortune 500 industrials, large-scale EPC firms, and Tier-1 Real Estate developers.

- New Sector Entry: Design and deploy go-to-market strategies for untapped sectors such as Data Centers, Smart Cities, and International Markets.

- Concept Evangelism: Serve as a key representative for proprietary solutions at industry forums and boardrooms, establishing the brand as a corporate wellness standard.

2. Institutional Account Scaling

- Portfolio Optimization: Deepen engagement with existing prestige clients to transition from project-based work to "Wellness-as-a-Service" models.

- Relationship Management: Ensure long-term value creation across client portfolios to maximize the reach of the solutions.

3. Operational Alignment & Strategy

- Functional Synchronization: Work alongside the other heads to ensure departmental efforts are unified and aligned with the company's 100-million-people wellness mission.

- P&L Accountability: Take responsibility for top-line revenue, marketing ROI, and the overall efficiency of the global sales engine.

- Organizational Contribution: Provide data-driven insights to the executive team to help refine the company's service roadmap and international footprint.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: 10 plus years of valid experience in high-value B2B sales or strategic business development, with a minimum of 3 years in a National Head or VP-level role.

- Industry Background: Strong exposure to Infrastructure (EPC), Large-scale Real Estate, Industrial Automation, or Sustainability/ESG consulting.

- Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute. An Engineering background is highly preferred to effectively bridge the gap between technical science and business ROI.

- Professional DNA: A proven ability to drive aggressive growth in new markets while possessing the gravitas required to manage complex, long-term institutional relationships.

Perks & Benefits

- Strategic Contribution: A key role in the leadership team, contributing to the long-term direction and global scaling of the organization.

- Meaningful Impact: Lead an organization that is scientifically improving the health and safety of millions of people.

- Executive Compensation: Competitive fixed salary plus a performance-linked incentive (PLI) based on overall organizational growth.
