Chief Growth Officer

Role Overview:
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be responsible for driving the organization's growth agenda through strategic planning, business development, market expansion, partnerships, project oversight, and stakeholder management. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, and ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term growth and expansion strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead market research, business planning, and investment evaluations.
- Drive strategic alliances with corporate, government, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Manage P&L performance and deliver targeted business growth.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across business development and growth functions.
Desired Profile:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 20+ years of experience in business growth, strategy, business development, or general management.
- Proven track record of leading new business ventures, greenfield projects, or market expansions.
- Strong P&L management and commercial acumen.
- Experience working with government bodies, institutional clients, and strategic partners.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
