Chief Growth Officer - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a Chief Growth Officer for an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

Post Grad / MBA in Mktg with 12 - 15 years of work exp. in sales, Marketing and account management with online expertise is mandatory. Experience in brand management offline and online in a beauty industry or luxury goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define long-term commercial vision and goals

- Define Local growth strategy per Brand, channel (incl. D2C, 1P, 3P, e-Retail), retailer, category

- Set associated topline profitability targets by Accounts and / or channels based on Global / Zone frame

- Oversee top-to-top relationship with retailer's and ensure coordination with Multi-Division on common customers

- Animate RGM (revenue growth management) and Business Planning teams, ensuring deployment of projects

- Own full view P&L
