Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of experience in growth, marketing, or commercial leadership roles (consumer/D2C preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing online business and performance channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer lifecycle metrics.
- Exposure to high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, mentor teams, and build scalable processes.
