Chief Growth Officer (CGO) As Chief Growth Officer & Co-founder, youll be the driving force behind Getlistas go-to-market engine. Youll work side by side with the founding team to: - Define and execute the global sales and growth roadmap - Build and lead demand generation efforts for both recruiter and outbound sales segments - Identify and develop GTM experiments across geographies and industries (US, India, SEA) - Drive customer acquisition through strategic partnerships, product-led growth, and direct sales - Influence product-market fit through close feedback loops with early users and customers - Establish the brand and narrative of Getlista in a way that resonates with recruiters, founders, and sales teams - Own growth metrics: usage, retention, revenue, and evangelism What You Bring - Proven experience in SaaS GTM, B2B sales, or growth roles (preferably 01 or early-stage) - Strong network in recruiting, HR tech, sales tech, or SaaS ecosystems - Storytelling + numbers mindset you can hustle, pitch, and close - Data-driven approach to GTM strategy, lead funnels, and experimentation - Ambition to build, learn fast, and lead without a playbook - Comfort with ambiguity and high ownership environments What You Get - Co-founder equity in a high-potential AI-native SaaS startup - A clean slate to shape GTM and growth from the ground up - Partnership with a founder deeply invested in solving a painful, global problem
