Chief Growth Officer

We're partnering with a dynamic fashion startup poised for explosive pan-India growth with a focus on D2C. We're seeking exceptional leaders from Tier 1 Consulting background to join their executive team for the position of - Chief Growth Officer (CGO) - Gurgaon Location

- Looking at someone to spearhead all aspects of growth, including marketing, sales, customer acquisition & retention, brand building, and new market entry.

- Looking at someone who has consulting + Brand experience in scaling high-growth consumer brands, digital marketing, and innovative GTM strategies is essential. (Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in fashion, D2C, or tech-driven consumer businesses.)

- Experience: 7-8 years of overall experience, including 4-5 years in top-tier management consulting (MBB, Kearney, Accenture Strategy, A&M, Arthur Little etc. ) - mandatory

- Consumer brand/FMCG or D2C experience (in consulting or in brand) is mandatory
