Context
A fast-growing, multi-outlet caf brand is entering its next phase of expansion. Seeking a senior growth and brand leader to build strong customer recall, drive demand, and convert creative initiatives into measurable store-level sales impact.
This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on execution and outcomes-not a purely marketing or branding position.
Core Mandate
- Drive revenue growth across existing outlets
- Improve brand recall, customer frequency, and preference
- Build and execute high-impact brand and demand initiatives
- Ensure marketing initiatives convert into footfalls and sales
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand positioning and growth strategy
- Lead demand generation across digital, local, and in-store channels
- Work closely with operations to ensure execution at outlet level
- Track and report growth initiatives against sales outcomes
- Build customer retention, loyalty, and repeat visit programs
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8-15 years experience in F&B / hospitality / QSR / retail / consumer brands
- Strong background in brand building + growth marketing
- Experience linking marketing initiatives to revenue outcomes
- Comfortable working closely with founders
- Multi-outlet retail experience
- Exposure to loyalty, CRM, or community-led growth
- Experience in scaling an existing brand
