CFO/ Deputy CFO/ GM (Listed Company)

Responsible for driving financial strategy, cost accounting, and operational efficiency, managing heavy working capital, inventory, and capex. Oversee financial reporting, compliance, risk mitigation, and fundraising, acting as a strategic partner to improve profitability and support manufacturing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies, annual operating plans, and budgeting for production and growth.

Cost Accounting & Inventory Management:

- Oversee cost control, margin analysis, imports, forex exposure, trade finance compliance; and inventory valuation, ensuring accuracy in inventory aging reports, raw material management and ensure adherence to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory norms.

Working Capital & Treasury:

- Manage high-volume working capital cycles, treasury operations, and bank relationships.

Capex & Risk Management:

Evaluate investment opportunities for new technology or plant expansion; mitigate financial risks and monitor compliance.

Operational Reporting & ERP:

- Oversee monthly/annual financial statements, and Drive ERP implementation, internal controls, digital finance discipline and to improve data accuracy across plant and corporate systems.

- Act as the primary finance interface for investors and lenders, preparing board packs, investor presentations, and supporting fundraising/M&A.

Leadership:

- Mentor and build a strong finance team across plants and corporate.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 12-18 Years & last 5+ years of executive leadership, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial setting with a leading Industrial Conglomerate.

2. Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

3. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

4. Strong strategic vision, negotiation skills, leadership, and and ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders and stakeholders.

5. Proficiency in ERP software and advanced Excel modelling.

6. A leadership role with full ownership of the finance function in a high-growth, listed company.

7. Opportunity to drive transformation and scale, working closely with promoters, investors, and the board.
