Experience Required:
- 10-15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Proven experience in B2C industries such as Automobile or FMCG.
- Experience managing finance functions for organizations with 300 Cr+ annual turnover or 400+ employees.
Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- MBA in Finance from a B2C domain may also be considered.
Notice Period:
- Immediate to 15 days preferred.

Mandatory Skills:
- Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to support strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in profitability improvement, cost optimization, and business growth.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Hands-on experience in GST, Income Tax, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit management.
- Experience with GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
- Strong treasury management, cash flow planning, working capital optimization, and banking relationships.
- Experience in internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analytics skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large-scale B2C organizations.
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions.
- IPO readiness or Private Equity environment experience.
- Strong Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) expertise.
- Experience in finance transformation and automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of RPA, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Exposure to ERP implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Ind AS and IFRS reporting standards.
- Experience managing multi-location or international finance operations.
- Advanced tax planning and litigation exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
- Oversee compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage statutory, internal, and GST audits.
3. Treasury & Working Capital Management:
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and fund utilization.
- Optimize receivables, payables, inventory, and working capital.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
4. Governance & Risk Management:
- Strengthen financial controls and governance frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Performance Monitoring & Business Insights:
- Review MIS reports and financial dashboards.
- Provide actionable financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
6. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary finance representative for auditors, investors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Support fundraising, due diligence, and financial compliance activities.
7. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Finance & Accounts team.
- Drive employee development, succession planning, and performance management.
