Chief Financial Officer - Textile - CA

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role preferable from a manufacturing set up & CA Qualified

- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.

- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Key Deliverables:

- Oversee the financial operations of the company.

- Develop financial strategies and forecasts.

- Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

- Manage & Report Dept. KPI

- Direct & Indirect Taxes Incl. Transfer Pricing knowledge

- Having Managerial skills to manage 10 members of F&A Dept.

- Knowledge of SAP

- In-depth understanding of product costing, Std. Costing etc.

- Management Reporting

- Compliance & Governance

- Cash Flow & Treasury Management

- Risk Management

- Strategic & Advisory Support

- Collaborate with other executives to drive business growth

- Drive cost optimization & working capital efficiency
