Additional
1. Knowledge of Indian Telecom Market both from the Operator as well as from the Regulatory Perspective.
2. Minimum of 15 yrs of progressive experience in Finance and Accounts and at least 5 yrs in a leadership role.
3. Proven ability to drive F&A growth in a competitive market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Overall Financial Control
2. Corporate Governance
3. Developing strong relationships with Banks/Financial Institutions for raising Debt, Working Capital, Private Equity, Mezzanine Funds
4. Responsible for strategic financial management decisions
5. Provide necessary strategic input to the top management with respect to the financial aspects of the company
6. Own and drive Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range plan processes/budgets, systems, operational plans and policies for effective financial management and risk control
7. Ensure that all the financial statements and MIS are prepared as per the defined frequency
8. Ensuring adherence of all concerned (functions/activities in control of CFO) to systems and procedures defined
9. Ensure all audit systems are developed, implemented and followed as per schedule
10. Interaction with Board of Directors
11. Co-ordinate the Meetings of the Audit Committee with the Board as per statutory requirements
12. Introducing and implementing cost consciousness and control
13. Vet all the procurements and contracts from the financial angle and provide the necessary inputs to the business heads/commercial head
14. Participate in key & cross-functional decision-making committees in the organization and provide necessary inputs wherever required
15. Ensure timely and periodic maintenance and reconciliation of Books of Accounts
16. Timely Invoicing, collection and reconciliation of customers as per MSA
17. Ensure smart tax planning for the organization
18. Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations of the Company (tax & non-tax)
To provide financial leadership ensuring financial health of the organization through robust financial planning, risk management and compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth strategy and overseeing all financial aspects of the organization.
