Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

Experience Required: 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on CFO to support the companys rapid global expansion. The CFO will be a core member of the leadership team and will drive financial strategy, fundraising, governance, and global financial operations.

This role requires strong experience in PE/VC funding, global banking, capital structuring, and IPO readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership:

- Define and execute the companys overall financial strategy

- Act as a strategic advisor to the MD, CEO, and Board

Fundraising & Capital Management:

- Lead PE, VC, and bank funding initiatives

- Manage equity/debt fundraising and capital structuring

- Support IPO planning and readiness

- Strong exposure to BSE, NSE, and Indian regulatory frameworks

Financial Planning & Control:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial modeling

- Ensure strong cash flow, working capital, and treasury management

Risk, Compliance & Reporting:

- Manage financial risk, internal controls, and compliance

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (India & global)

Global Operations & Taxation:

- Handle multi-country taxation, treasury, and forex management

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team

- Work closely with investors, auditors, banks, and legal advisors

- Willingness to travel across India and internationally

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA / Masters in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred)

- 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles

Strong experience in:

- PE/VC funding & bank financing

- Global treasury and multi-country operations

- IPO readiness and execution

- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic skills
