Chief Financial Officer - Strategic Finance - Banking/Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall financial strategy including long-term planning, capital allocation, and profitability roadmap.

- Drive fundraising across equity, debt, and structured instruments; manage global investor relationships.

- Lead IPO readiness and execution, including governance, compliance, and public market positioning.

- Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, PE/VC funds, and public market stakeholders.

- Ensure best-in-class financial reporting, controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks.

- Drive strong cash flow management, working capital optimization, and capital efficiency.

- Partner with business leaders to drive unit economics, margins, and scalable growth.

- Lead global finance operations including international structuring (Africa/ME markets).

- Drive digital transformation and automation across finance, MIS, and analytics.

Key Qualifications:

- CA / MBA (Finance) from a top-tier institution.

- 18 - 25 years of experience with significant time in leadership roles (CFO / Finance Head).

- Proven experience in fundraising and managing investor relations at scale.

- Strong exposure to capital markets, including IPO readiness or leading a company through IPO.

- Experience in high-growth, venture-backed or PE-backed companies.

- Strong understanding of global finance, cross-border operations, and regulatory frameworks.
