Chief Financial Officer - Startup

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer for a scaled up Series D startup, responsible for driving financial discipline, capital strategy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and metrics-driven performance monitoring.

- Drive capital efficiency, cash flow optimization, and scenario planning in a fast-moving environment.

- Build scalable systems and controls to support rapid growth, multi-entity operations, and internal audits.

- Ensure strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting.

- Establish and manage key financial KPIs and business dashboards.

- Attract, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team that balances execution and innovation.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance)

- 8-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience

- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.

- Experience in working with startups or high-growth companies is a plus.
