Chief Financial Officer - SaaS

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end finance including business finance, commercial finance, pricing, financial planning and analysis

- Manage investor relations and capital raising initiatives, ensuring clear communication of the company's growth narrative to stakeholders and potential partners.

- Oversee the implementation of robust financial controls and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks associated with international operations and cross-border transactions.

- Optimize the company's SaaS-specific metrics, such as CAC, LTV, and churn, to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize long-term shareholder value.

- Direct the treasury and tax strategy to maintain liquidity while ensuring full regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions where the company operates.

Required Skillset:

- CA/MBA with 15+ years of experience with strong exposure in scaled up SaaS ecosystem

- Proven expertise in managing the financial complexities of a SaaS business model, including revenue recognition, subscription modeling, and unit economics.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of financial discipline across the organization.
