Chief Financial Officer - SaaS

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive operational efficiencies and align financial goals with business objectives.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to influence short-term and long-term decision-making.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support growth and profitability targets.

- Create and present detailed financial analysis to the executive team and board to inform strategic planning.

- Monitor key SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, churn, LTV:CAC ratio, NRR) to optimize the financial health and performance of the business .

Capital Structure & Fundraising:

- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting.

- Lead fundraising efforts, as needed, including Series A/B/C rounds, venture debt, and other financing opportunities

- CA/MBA with 12+ years of experience

- Candidate must have raised funds from the US market
