Experience: 20+ years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Hands-on experience in IPO / listing process is mandatory. Experience in handling large-scale financial operations. Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or fundraising activities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a recycling business. The role involves financial planning, fund management, compliance, risk mitigation, and supporting business growth through strong financial leadership in a dynamic, operations-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the finance, accounts, and taxation functions of the organization.

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.

- Handle banking relationships, fundraising, and investor relations.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and audits.

- Drive cost control and profitability improvement initiatives.

- Monitor financial performance and present MIS reports to management.

- Manage risk assessment and internal controls.

- Oversee import/export financial transactions (if applicable).

- Support business expansion, mergers, or acquisitions (if required).

- Lead and mentor the finance team.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

- Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and corporate finance

- Experience in fundraising, banking, and investor management

- Strategic thinking and leadership ability

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel
