Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate Platform - CA

Job Description:

- A reputable real estate company in Delhi is seeking a CFO to lead financial strategy, capital structuring and governance oversight during a phase of institutional evolution.

- This is a succession-led mandate within a multi-SPV, FDI-linked environment, requiring a leader who can combine treasury depth, regulatory rigour and commercial acumen with the ability to operate in a promoter-driven yet professionally evolving framework. The CFO will be a KMP.

Key aspects of the mandate include:

- Enterprise-wide oversight of Finance, Treasury and Compliance

- Debt structuring, capital allocation and covenant management

- Institutionalisation of budgeting, MIS and control frameworks

- Board-level engagement and strategic financial advisory

- ERP-led systems and process strengthening

Ideal Profile:

- CA with 15-20+ years of leadership experience

- Exposure to capital-intensive / project-led businesses (real estate preferred)

- Strong treasury and regulatory management experience

- Experience operating within promoter-led organisations
