Key Responsibilities: - Lead corporate finance, including capital raising & debt/equity optimization - Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & MIS - Own enterprise risk management, taxation & compliance - Oversee audits, disclosures, investor communication & statutory reporting - Advise CEO & Board on financial direction & investment strategy - Lead investor relations & represent company in analyst calls - Build & lead a high-performing finance team Eligibility & Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory - MBA in Finance (Tier 1 preferred) - Desirable - 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience - Experience as CFO or Finance Head in a listed company - Preferred - Domain exposure to real estate, EPC, or infrastructure is advantageous - Strong skills in analytics, conflict management & board communication
