Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of a prominent Real Estate and Construction firm based in Bhubaneshwar. In this pivotal leadership role, you will serve as the primary financial architect, overseeing the entire spectrum of corporate finance, treasury, and fiscal strategy. You will directly influence the company's ability to scale operations, manage high-value construction projects, and maintain a robust cash flow position in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process to provide actionable insights that guide executive decision-making and long-term business strategy.

- Spearhead complex fund-raising initiatives, including debt syndication and private equity engagement, to ensure adequate liquidity for large-scale real estate developments.

- Oversee comprehensive budgeting and forecasting models to monitor project-level profitability and ensure adherence to fiscal targets across all construction sites.

- Manage corporate treasury functions and cash flow operations to mitigate financial risks and optimize the utilization of working capital.

- Lead the financial reporting and compliance framework, ensuring all statutory requirements are met while maintaining transparency with investors and regulatory bodies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial structures within the real estate and construction sector, with a deep understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition.

- Proven ability to communicate intricate financial data to non-financial stakeholders, including board members and operational leads, to drive strategic alignment.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong foundation in corporate finance, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

- Exceptional analytical acumen with the ability to translate market trends into robust financial forecasts and risk mitigation strategies.

- High degree of professional maturity and leadership presence, capable of navigating the demands of an on-site, high-growth environment in Bhubaneshwar.

- 10 - 14 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, showcasing a track record of successful fund-raising and financial transformation.
